Allocations – thank you for your patience
We’re receiving lots of messages and calls from people keen to know when we’ll begin advertising and allocating homes again. We’re still unable to do this for the time being.
We understand how frustrating the current situation must be if you’re keen to move home – and we’re really keen to get going again too.
We will keep you posted here and on our website as soon as we have a date for this.
In the meantime, we are continuing to assist people who have an urgent need to move home. If you are an SBHA Tenant and have an urgent need to move from your current home, please call 01750 724444 and a member of our Solutions Team will arrange for your Neighbourhood Housing Officer to contact you to discuss this with you.
If you are not an SBHA tenant and are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, please contact Scottish Borders Council Homelessness Service, if you have not already done so, on 01896 661385.
