BMG surveys – why your input matters

Did you know, as a Tenant living in Scotland, you have the right to have your say on the services your landlord provides? BMG Research is currently carrying out our Tenant survey on our behalf.

Explaining why your input is important, Scottish Borders Tenants Organisation Co-Chair Tracey Glover  comments: “To assess how satisfied we are with the services and support our landlord offers us, SBHA uses an independent company, BMG Research, to contact Tenants by phone – to ask specific questions in order to find out how they are doing.”

“The information you provide is anonymous so don’t be worried about saying what you feel. As Tenants, by voicing our views of the standards and services provided by SBHA, we can make a real difference in making improvements. Please engage with BMG when you get that call.”
