Covid update – restriction level changing from Monday
From Monday 17th May, the Scottish Borders, along with most of the rest of the country, will move to Covid protection level 2.
This means that up to six people from three households can meet indoors in a private home or in hospitality settings such as pubs and restaurants.
Eight people from eight households can also meet outdoors.
The changes also allow people in private homes to socialise without practicing social distancing.
