DYW SkillsQuest 2024

SBHA working with Young People

SBHA’s HR Business Partner Carole Pritchard and Tenant & Community Engagement Facilitator Louise McNeilage were delighted to be invited to deliver Communication Skills workshops for young people at SkillsQuest 2024 at the Borders Events Centre in Kelso.

The 3 day event, which is run by Developing the Young Workforce Borders with Scottish Borders Council, is a fantastic opportunity for S2 and S3 students to experience workshops preparing them for their future careers.

There were 84 pupils from eight secondary schools throughout the Scottish Borders attend the event. Our thanks to DYW Borders for inviting SBHA along to join in the fun at such a brilliant and educational event.
