Keeping you safe – your home

We are up and running with a further programme of work to keep you safe in your home by installing upgraded fire and carbon monoxide alarms. Our contractor will contact you to arrange a suitable time and we wish to re-assure you that they will be following all the safe working practices to keep you and your family safe, reducing the risk of Covid-19 and supporting our communities to stay well.

In February 2019, the legislation changed and introduced enhanced fire detection provisions for homes in Scotland, and we ask all of you who are contacted to help us increase fire safety across all of our homes and communities and support our #KeepingYouSafe campaign by arranging access to your home.

Some of you have told us you are shielding and we will not be asking you for access to your home at the moment, but please contact us if you have any worries about this work, or queries.

Please call 01750 724444 and ask for David Illius, Home Investment Coordinator who will be happy to talk through any concerns you may have, we’re here to help you.
