Out and about – estate inspections

With restrictions easing, our Neighbourhood Housing Officers are really pleased to be able to get back out in our communities, carrying out estate inspections and tackling some of the issues that may have built up over lockdown.

Recently Guy Shillinglaw, NHO for Jedburgh, was approached about an issue with dog fouling on a piece of grass in the Howden Road area. Hopefully this new sign will help! The resident who reported the issue told us: “I’m very happy that Guy has done this for us – it will hopefully encourage people to pick up after their dogs.”

We’re looking forward to inviting Tenants and residents back on walkabouts soon. In the meantime, if you’d like to report an issue or share an idea for making your area a better place to live, you can find your Neighbourhood Housing Officer here – https://sbhaimageclean.dev.anzu.nvisage.co.uk/about-sbha/whos-who/community-teams/
