*Repairs update*

We’d like to extend our thanks for all your patience and understanding since the easing of national Covid restrictions, as we return to our full repairs service.
Thanks to your co-operation we have prioritised the backlog of repairs reported before and during lockdown, and waiting times for most repair work is now back to normal.
We’re looking at how we can improve communications around repairs. While working through the repairs backlog, we began calling ahead when our tradespeople were on their way to your home, so that you would know when to expect us. Tenants have told us that they appreciated this, so we’re currently reviewing our IT platform, to establish if this can be built into our regular service.
We can also book repairs or follow-up work from your home, so that you’ll know the appointment time suits you.

You can report a repair using the MySBHA App, the Report-a-Repair form here on this website, or by calling us on 01750 724444.

IF YOUR REPAIR IS AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 0800 0193 222.
IF YOU SMELL GAS OR SUSPECT A GAS LEAK, PLEASE CALL 0800 111 999 IMMEDIATELY.
