Got a bit of spare time this summer? Then why not join this year’s Customer Audit Team (CAT)! Over the summer months, a group of Tenants will be looking at customer contact with SBHA and suggesting ways to improve service where required. This is your opportunity to really influence decision-making at SBHA.

Since 2015, a total of 7 Scrutiny projects have been carried out by SBTO’s CAT, with support from SBHA’s Tenant & Community Engagement team. These projects have highlighted improvement recommendations from Tenants that SBHA has implemented to help improve services and Tenant satisfaction.
