Service improvements – upgrade to our phone system
Following on from Tenant feedback, we’ve been looking at ways to improve your experience when you contact SBHA.
We have now upgraded our phone system: the 01750 724444 number is still in use, but our Freephone number, 0800 0193 222, which was previously just for repairs, can now also be used for general enquiries. So whatever the reason for your call, there is an option to call us for free.
When you call, if we are not able to answer straight away, our system will tell you what number you are in the queue. This gives you an idea of how long you can expect to wait.
The average wait time for callers in February was 1 minute 44 seconds.
