We know that many people are struggling at the moment, and our Financial Inclusion Service can offer one-to-one advice, tailored to your circumstances.
We can:
- Ensure that you are receiving all the benefits that you’re entitled to
- Help you work out a budget
- Support you to agree payment levels on any debt and arrears
- Help you work out ways to reduce your shopping bills
- If needed, help you to move to new phone contracts or bank accounts that are better suited to your circumstances
