Tenant Satisfaction Survey is now live
Our latest Tenant Satisfaction Survey is now underway
If you receive a call, please consider taking part – your feedback helps us to improve services. Tenants who complete the telephone survey will be entered into a prize draw for one of two £50 shopping vouchers!
We use independent provider Research Resource Scotland to carry out regular surveys to help determine how satisfied Tenants are with our services. This gives us the information we need to keep improving, making the changes that you, our customers, want to see.
